Yep. I would use that than melting chocolate morsels to mix in the ice cream.

Also, your lighting and editing, your lighting is way off, and you should edit out the parts of you moving the camera.

How is the lighting way off? If you can see the ice cream being made, then why are you complaining? As for editing out? I will agree with you on that one.

Using the same spoon to stir and taste, not good. You should use one spoon to taste and one spoon to stir.

First off, that ice cream is for me only, so that shouldn't matter. Second, I'm not wasting another spoon. Anyone with common sense knows that if it's for them only, there's no need to use another spoon. So I don't see where you are getting at.
